Each week throughout the NFL regular season, we will discuss the top fantasy football streaming options. These are deeper-league targets who have shown viable production or fit as a matchup-dependent play to give you a boost in the lineup this week.
Players listed below are rostered in under 50% of ESPN leagues entering Week 10's waiver wire period. Although you might notice overlap with Eric Moody's waiver wire column that publishes Mondays, an important distinction is that the options mentioned in this column are focused solely on this week's matchup and not on the players' values for the remainder of the season.
Looking at the Week 11 slate, it's pretty light on quarterbacks, so we'll start at wide receiver, with an explosive-play target leading the group. There are multiple running backs in here, too, and a blitz-heavy defense that is taking the ball away.
All references to fantasy points are for PPR leagues.
Wide receivers
Noah Brown, Houston Texans (27.0% rostered; vs. Cardinals)
With back-to-back games of at least 24 fantasy points, including seven receptions of 20 or more yards, Brown is getting loose at the second and third levels of the field in this explosive Texans pass game. Yes, Nico Collins could return to the lineup this week and Houston has multiple options in the route tree for quarterback C.J. Stroud. Even so, Brown still fits here as a WR3/flex given the high-level play of Stroud and the schemed concepts the Texans can utilize versus the Cardinals' zone-heavy defense.
Field Yates wonders if Noah Brown can emerge as a focal point for the Texans offense moving forward.
Rondale Moore, Arizona Cardinals (33.2%; at Texans)
Moore saw his volume spike in Week 10 with quarterback Kyler Murray back on the field, as he caught five of eight targets for 43 yards. Those were all season highs for Moore, who can work from slot and backfield alignments while also challenging man coverage on vertical throws. With a Week 11 game in Houston, Moore will have opportunities to find zone windows underneath. And while he didn't log a rushing attempt this past Sunday, we know Moore could see the ball on fly sweeps and screens as well.
Jayden Reed, Green Bay Packers (15.1%; vs. Chargers)
We will continue to write up Reed here given his roster percentage after he totaled 19.4 points in the Week 10 game against the Steelers, catching all five of his targets for 84 yards and a score. Reed has topped the 80-yard receiving mark in two of his past three games, with double-digit fantasy production in three of his past four. I like the tape on the rookie, too, as he flashes the dynamic ability to separate from slot alignments. He's a solid deeper-league option in Week 11 against a Chargers defense that ranks in the bottom 10 versus wide receivers.
Elijah Moore, Cleveland Browns (35.8%; vs. Steelers)
Moore, who has seen at least seven targets in seven of 10 games this season, posted a season-high 15.4 fantasy points in Sunday's win over the Ravens. He caught five of seven targets there and added his first touchdown reception of the season. He's a deeper-league WR3 option for this Sunday's home matchup with the Steelers.
Jalen Guyton, Los Angeles Chargers (0.2%; at Packers)
With Joshua Palmer on IR, Guyton had 14.1 points against the Lions in Week 10, catching four of six targets for 41 yards, which included a red zone touchdown grab on a seam ball from Justin Herbert. Given his traits to work the shallow and intermediate areas of the field, Guyton can be played a deeper-league WR3 against the Packers this week.
Running backs
Ty Chandler, Minnesota Vikings (2.8%; at Broncos)
Let's keep an eye on the injury status of Alexander Mattison (concussion), as Chandler could quickly elevate to the lead role this week. However, if Mattison is able to play, I still see opportunities for Chandler after he rushed 15 times for 45 yards and a touchdown this past Sunday against the Saints. Chandler has the North/South traits to produce on downhill schemes, and he plays behind his pads on contact. While he didn't see a target in Week 10, Chandler can be deployed as a receiver on backfield releases.
Keaton Mitchell, Baltimore Ravens (23.3%; vs. Bengals)
We saw Mitchell's explosive-play ability for the second straight game, as he recorded 13.6 fantasy points -- on only four touches - against the Browns in Week 10. He rolled past the Cleveland defense on his 39-yard touchdown run, erasing open-field angles, and he also had a 32-yard reception. I see a player here who adds another element to the Ravens' backfield, which should earn him more touches. Mitchell is an upside flex in deeper leagues -- due to his 4.3 speed -- for the Thursday night game against Cincinnati.
Zach Charbonnet, Seattle Seahawks (31.4%; at Rams)
In deeper leagues, I like Charbonnet this week as a flex option after he posted a season-high 10.2 fantasy points versus Washington, gaining 62 yards on 10 touches. He averaged 7.3 yards per carry and also caught four passes for 18 yards. Playing a secondary role to Kenneth Walker will continue to limit Charbonnet's total volume, but with 8-to-10 touches again this Sunday against the Rams, he could give you some production.
Antonio Gibson, Washington Commanders (43.7%; at Giants)
Take the receiving numbers with Gibson in Washington's pass-heavy offense for this Sunday's matchup against the Giants. Gibson had only four carries for 13 yards in the Week 10 loss at Seattle, but he added five receptions for 42 yards and a touchdown to give him 16.5 fantasy points. That's his second straight week with double-digit production and he's caught five passes in each of his past three games.
Rico Dowdle, Dallas Cowboys (3.8%; at Panthers)
Dowdle had 13.9 fantasy points in Week 10 against the Giants, getting most of his work late in the blowout win. Yes, you are taking a long shot here, as Dowdle will continue to play behind Tony Pollard, but if you absolutely need a flex option in a deeper league, he does fit in a favorable run-game matchup versus the Panthers.
Quarterbacks
Joshua Dobbs, Minnesota Vikings (38.9%; at Broncos)
Dobbs should be a popular pickup on waivers this week after he scored 25.12 points in the Week 10 win over the Cardinals, his second straight game with at least 24 fantasy points in a Vikings uniform. Dobbs has rushed for a score in both games and his second-reaction ability continues to create fantasy production. You can stream him this week as a starter.
Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers (44.7%; vs. Chargers)
The matchup against the Chargers is a positive one for Love, but I see him as a better fit for 2-QB/superflex formats. Love threw for two touchdowns in the Week 10 game at Pittsburgh, but he also tossed two interceptions, and he's failed to score more than 15 fantasy points in three of his past five starts. You're betting on Love playing with more ball security in this one and using his running ability (five games with 20 or more yards rushing) to give you 16-to-18 points.
Tight ends
Tyler Conklin, New York Jets (11.1%; at Bills)
Conklin had 14.0 points in the Week 10 loss to the Raiders, catching all seven of his targets for 70 yards. He's now seen at least six targets in each of his past two games, with double-digit fantasy production in both. Quarterback Zach Wilson is utilizing Conklin as an underneath outlet on leveled reads and check-downs, which creates PPR numbers for your lineup.
D/ST
Minnesota Vikings (23.9%; at Broncos)
Let's go with the Vikings this week because of their ability to generate pressure and take the ball away. Brian Flores' blitz-heavy unit has produced at least one interception in each of the past five games, with two picks in three of those five. And the Vikings are getting to the quarterback, too, as they have eight sacks over the past three weeks. I'll take those numbers against Russell Wilson and the Broncos on Sunday night.
